The Ostrava International School collects, processes and stores the Personal Data of prospective, current and former parents, students, staff, service providers, volunteers, candidates and interns in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable legislation of the Czech Republic. In the language of GDPR, TOIS is the Data Controller, the entity that collects your data and as such has the obligation to inform you of your rights concerning your Personal Data.
